Chandram AI Technologies (“we”) operates https://www.chandramtech.com. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete data we hold about you, email info@chandramtech.com.

You can read every page of this site without giving us anything. There is no newsletter signup and no user accounts. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it: by booking a call, by emailing us, or by filling in the hiring requirement form or the careers form described below. Nothing tracks you without being asked: Google Analytics loads only if you accept the banner, and it is described under Analytics below.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user-agent and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the web server, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.

The booking calendar on our booking page is provided by Cal.com, embedded from cal.eu. When that page loads, the embed runs in your browser and Cal.com may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. If you complete a booking, the name, email address and any message you enter go to Cal.com and then to us, and we use them solely to arrange and hold that call.

Cal.com is an independent data controller for what it collects through the embed. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.

There are two forms. On our staffing pages a client describes the engineering capacity it needs. On our careers page someone applying to work with us sends a profile, and that form asks for a résumé and, optionally, certificates.

What you submit is sent to a script on this website’s own server, which emails it to us over an encrypted connection and then discards it. We do not use a third-party form service and your résumé is not stored on the web server. The submission then lives in our mailboxes. Those are hosted by our email providers, one of which is Google, so Google holds a copy of anything sent through these forms.

We use a client’s details to respond to the requirement and to run the engagement. We use an applicant’s profile and résumé to assess them for employment or engagement with Chandram AI Technologies. The form asks you to confirm this before it will accept a document. We do not sell profiles, publish them, or add anyone to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

If you join us and are put forward for a client project, we share a professional profile with that client so their team can interview and approve you before an engagement starts. That profile covers your skills, experience and relevant project history. We do not send a client your contact details, your identity documents or your salary information as part of that step.

We keep an application for as long as we may reasonably be considering you for a role, and we keep employment records for as long as the law requires once someone joins. You can ask us to delete anything we hold at any time using the address below. To limit automated abuse of the form, the server briefly records a one-way hash of the submitting IP address. It is not readable as an address, is used only to count submissions within an hour, and is discarded after that.

If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It loads only if you accept it. Until you do, nothing on this site contacts Google and no analytics cookie is set. If you decline, it never loads at all and the rest of the site works exactly as it would otherwise.

If you accept, it runs in your browser and sets two cookies under our domain, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a property code. It sends Google your IP address, the pages you view, your approximate location derived from that address, and basic device and browser details.

We use this only to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising, we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalisation, and we do not combine this with anything you send us through a form. Google processes it under its own terms as our processor, and does not store your full IP address.

You can change your mind at any time. The button below clears your choice and brings the banner back, so withdrawing is exactly as easy as agreeing was. It governs the next page you load; analytics already running in this tab stops when you reload.

Change your cookie choice

You can also opt out for every site that uses Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data reaches third parties only where they provide part of the service: our hosting provider, our email providers including Google, Cal.com for scheduling, and Google Analytics for the visit measurement described above.

The one exception is a client engagement. Where we put one of our engineers forward for a client project, a professional profile goes to that client so their team can interview and approve them first, as described above. The client decides what to do with that profile under its own policy, and we ask for your agreement on the form before accepting a document.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@chandramtech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in India and you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to our grievance officer, named in the next section.

Under s.13 of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, our grievance officer is Suriender Kumar, reachable at suriender.kumar@chandramtech.com. Write to that address with any question or complaint about how we handle your personal data, including a request to access, correct or delete it. We acknowledge grievances and respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
