Salary, statutory contributions and employment terms are handled by Chandram AI Technologies and not by the client. You pay Chandram AI Technologies, never the engineer directly.

No. Payment for an engagement is made to Chandram AI Technologies only. Any amount paid directly to an engineer is not payment to Chandram AI Technologies, does not reduce or settle any invoice, and the invoice remains payable in full. Chandram AI Technologies accepts no responsibility for money paid directly to an engineer and is not a party to that payment.

The client sets project priorities and accepts the work product. Employment supervision, appraisal and leave approval stay with Chandram AI Technologies.

Yes, that is the default and the standard offer. If you want an engineer at your location, you can arrange it at your cost, and they remain engaged by us throughout.

Yes. Staff augmentation, resource augmentation, team augmentation and a dedicated development team are all names for this arrangement: our engineers work on your project and stay employed and paid by us throughout. It is not outsourcing or managed services, where a vendor takes the whole outcome and runs it its own way. Here your team sets the priorities and accepts the work product.

Clients in India, the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Malaysia, Asia, and Europe. Engineers work remotely as standard, and they stay engaged and paid by Chandram AI Technologies wherever the client is, so the country changes nothing about the contract, the payroll or who supervises the work.

The engineer works to your timeline, not ours. Chandram AI Technologies works 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and that is when you reach us about the engagement itself, but the daily hours an augmented engineer keeps are agreed with you before the engagement starts. A client in a distant time zone gets the same working overlap as one an hour away.

Any. The role we supply is always technical, and the client’s sector is not a constraint. The sector is asked on the requirement form only because it shapes how an engineer is briefed.

Yes. A conversion fee applies, calculated from the engineer’s current month payout multiplied by twelve, then by three where they are engaged with us as a consultant or six where they are engaged as an employee. Where the fee is not paid, the engagement agreement restricts the client from engaging that engineer directly or indirectly for the period it specifies. Speak to Chandram AI Technologies before making an offer and we will confirm the figure.

Yes. Engineers can be added or released against the notice period set out in the engagement agreement, reviewed at the interval it specifies.

Where the engagement agreement includes replacement cover, Chandram AI Technologies brings in a replacement engineer and carries the handover. The specific terms are set out in the agreement.

They are two ways of buying from the same company. Software development remains Chandram AI Technologies’ primary business and is delivered as a project against a scope. This line supplies engineers into a project your own team runs.
