Before you submit
Engineers work remotely with your team as standard, across India, the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Malaysia, Asia, and Europe. They stay engaged and paid by us for the whole engagement, and you are billed per engineer per month. If you need someone at your location, say so below: you arrange that and carry its cost.
Engagement model
Chandram AI Technologies provides IT engineering capacity to client projects. Engineers deployed under this model are engaged and paid by Chandram AI Technologies, as employees or as consultants, for the duration of the engagement. The client pays Chandram AI Technologies the agreed monthly engagement fee and does not pay the engineer directly. The client sets project priorities and accepts the work product; employment supervision remains with Chandram AI Technologies. Engagement scope, rates, duration, replacement and conversion terms are governed by the applicable agreement between Chandram AI Technologies and the client.
Payment for an engagement is made to Chandram AI Technologies only. Any amount a client pays directly to an engineer is not payment to Chandram AI Technologies, does not reduce or settle any invoice, and remains payable in full. Chandram AI Technologies accepts no responsibility for money paid directly to an engineer and is not a party to it.
